About us

Many years ago, buffalo and horses lived and grazed on the land where we grow flowers. When I dug our first beds, the shovel pulled up horseshoes and long iron nails. I realized fall had come when the horses in the pasture next door had put on coats against the chill. So I named our little farm The Paddock.

At The Paddock, we try to be as kind to the dirt and bees and worms as possible. We try to support other local and small businesses. Our goal is to grow gorgeous, high-quality, local flowers, and to bring joy into the lives of anyone who stumbles across us.

Starting on June 6th, 2023, we will be selling cut flowers at the Carnation Farmer’s Market on Tuesdays in June, July, and August, from 3PM-7PM. Our farm also offers several CSA subscriptions, in addition to standalone bunches for pickup or delivery.
